Here's how it works:

  1. Initial Contact: Reach out to us with your ideas and the materials you have, such as old jewelry or heirlooms. Tell us what you envision for your new piece.

  2. Cost Estimate: Based on your description and materials, we will provide a cost range for creating your new jewelry. Please note, the minimum cost for our custom design services is $900.

  3. Shipping Label: We send you a prepaid shipping label to safely send us your materials.

  4. Design Approval: Once we receive your items, we'll create design renderings for your approval. You'll see exactly what your new piece will look like before we begin the transformation.

  5. Delivery: After you approve the design, allow us three weeks to craft your new jewelry. We'll send it back to you via insured FedEx overnight shipping.

Our Services Include:

  • Engraving: Add a personal touch to your existing pieces.
  • Recreation: We can scrap your old gold and gemstones to create a completely new design from scratch.
  • Cost Efficiency: Save on your final piece by providing your own materials, plus add sentimental value to your new jewelry.

No Refunds or Returns: Due to the custom nature of each piece, all sales are final.

1-Year Warranty: We stand behind our craftsmanship with a one-year warranty on all custom jewelry.
